    On October 9, 2024, the Human Resources Department organized the “Good Blood Pressure” event to promote health and raise awareness about hypertension among all employees. The event was honored by the presence of Health Center 7, which provided close health guidance, blood pressure screenings, and a range of interesting health-promotion activities for the employees. The experts from Health Center 7 shared valuable knowledge about hypertension risk factors, prevention methods, and appropriate health care practices. This included advice on proper diet, suitable exercise, and stress reduction techniques that can affect blood pressure. Employees also had their blood pressure measured, allowing them to learn more about their current health status.

   In addition to the blood pressure screenings, there were activities designed to encourage physical exercise and relaxation, such as simple exercises for those with high blood pressure and other activities prepared by Health Center 7. These activities aimed to help employees incorporate these practices into their daily routines effectively.

   Following this event, the Human Resources Department will continue organizing regular follow-up activities to monitor employees' blood pressure, assess the effectiveness of the program, and continuously oversee the health of the workforce. The HR department will also award employees who maintain good blood pressure levels within the standard range.

   The “Good Blood Pressure” event serves as a prime example of the company’s commitment to employee health, ensuring everyone remains healthy and enjoys a better quality of life at work.
