    On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the "ESG ECO-INNOVATE: FROM WASTE TO VALUE" project was held between the College of Graduate Study in Management, Khon Kaen University, and Khon Kaen Fishing Net Group at the conference room of Khon Kaen Fishing Net Co., Ltd. The objective of this collaboration is to promote and develop projects focusing on environmental conservation and creating added value from waste, following the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

   The ceremony was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Sakchai Charoensiri Phornkul, Dean of the College of Graduate Study in Management, Khon Kaen University, and Mr. Chaiyot Sereeyothin, Chief Executive Officer of Khon Kaen Fishing Net Co., Ltd., who represented both parties in signing the agreement. The event was also attended by executives and staff from both organizations who served as witnesses.

   The ESG ECO-INNOVATE: FROM WASTE TO VALUE project is a partnership that focuses on maximizing the use of waste from production processes through research and innovation to create environmentally friendly products that meet the goals of sustainable social development. This project aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which emphasize efficient resource management, waste reduction, and the development of innovations that positively impact society.

   This collaboration marks a significant step in driving the development of environmental innovations that will help reduce the impact of waste and add value to existing resources for maximum benefit. It is hoped that this partnership will be the starting point for further development of sustainable environmental and waste management projects in the future.
