    On August 27, 2024, KIG Group organized a training session on management and administration for success under the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework for its employees. The training session was honored by the presence of Ms. Siwaporn Luangwisate, the Human Resources Manager, who served as the speaker, providing insights and practical guidance on effective management and administration.

Ms. Siwaporn emphasized the importance of good planning as a foundation for smooth and efficient work processes. The next step involves execution, which requires careful attention to detail and continuous monitoring. The "Check" phase involves evaluating and assessing results, allowing the organization to identify any problems or obstacles that arise. The final step, "Act," focuses on making improvements to enhance the effectiveness of future operations.

The training highlighted the application of the PDCA concept in real work settings, covering planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement to enhance work efficiency. Employees benefited from the training by learning how to apply the knowledge to their work and improve practical problem-solving skills, which ultimately led to more effective team collaboration.
