    On January 7, 2025, representatives from the Employee Relations team, Human Resources Department of KIG Group participated in a practical training workshop under the “Health Promotion and Environmental Hygiene Leadership Development Program in Workplaces” (Batch 2) organized by the Workforce Health Promotion Development Group, Health Promotion Center 7 Khon Kaen, held at Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen.

The workshop was presided over by Ms. Watinee Jancharoen, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Health Promotion Center 7 Khon Kaen.

This training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of those responsible for workplace health promotion, enabling them to lead projects and activities for workforce wellness. The program also aimed to cultivate healthy organizational culture and improve the capabilities of public health officers within Health Service Region 7 through structured knowledge sharing and sustainable strategies.

Activities included hands-on workshops, idea-sharing sessions, and a certificate presentation ceremony to acknowledge and encourage participating organizations. KIG’s participation highlights the company’s dedication to building a healthy, safe, and happy workplace for all employees.
